Catie Hanser Gragert

Catie is so amazing! She’s always there when I need her and is very knowledgeable about the areas. One of the best realtors I’ve ever worked with! Keep it up, girl!

Catie is such a unique real estate professional. First and most importantly, she is our good friend. Catie was always immediately responsive to our text messages and phone calls, which gave us comfort that we were working with the right person. We looked at 11 different homes, and Catie went to each walk-through at our convenience and not her own. She is a great example of what it means to serve. Catie quickly learned what style of home we were looking for and guided us in the right direction throughout the process. Her experience in real estate and her shrewd intuition about the Billings market were just what we needed when negotiating a lower purc...

Catie was our realtor when my wife and I listed and sold our first house. Catie was very attentive and helpful the whole way through, taking the time to explain the whole process. Not knowing exactly what to do before listing our house, Catie had great ideas to make it more desirable so we could get what we wanted out of it. We finished everything we wanted to, listed it, and had multiple offers a day after it was listed. Catie's professionalism and experience helped us sell quickly and for what we wanted out of it. I would recommend Catie to anyone who is looking for a realtor to sell your current home or buy the house of your dreams.

Catie helped me with the sale of my home. She was very knowledgeable about the local market and helped with pricing and preparing my home for sale. She worked diligently on marketing and open houses to help sell my home. I would definitely use her again.
